Do I need to be fit before I start?
Not at all. Our job is to meet you where you're at. Whether you're brand new or already training, we'll tailor everything so you feel challneged but never out of your depth.
What actually happens in a Small Group PT session?
Each session follows a clear structure: We start with a warm up, move into a main strength lift, then add accessory work to target specfic msucles and movements. Everything is coach-led, with progressions built in so you keep moving forward week after week.
What if I’ve got an injury or limitation?
We'll adapt the session to work around any injuries or limitations ao you can still train safley and make progress.
What’s the difference between this and a “normal” gym membership?
A normal gym gives you access to equipment. We give you coaching, structure, accountability and support that actually gets results.
How much does it cost?
Cost varies by membership option, reflecting our expert coaching, structured programming and support.
I’ve never lifted weights before will I be able to keep up?
100%. Most of our members started out the same way. we'll coach you step by step so you learn proper technique, build confidence and progress safely.
How many people are in a group? Will I get enough attention?
Groups are kept small - just 4-6 people - so your coach can give you personal attention while you still get the buzz of training with others.
How many times a week do I need to come to see results?
Three sessions a week tends to be the sweet spot for most people but we can discuss what will be best for you during your 1-2-1 chat.
Is there a trial or do I have to commit straight away?
No need to dive in blind -our 6-week trial lets you experience the coaching, community and results for yourself before making a commitmement.
Do you help with nutrition as well as training?
Yes, we don't leave you to just figure it out on your own. Alongside your training we we provide straight forward nutrition guidance to help you fuel your workouts, manage your goals and build habits that actually last. No fad diets, no extremes - just simple stratergies that work in real life.
